Duties & Taxes - within Canada
Canadian customers will be charged 5% GST and provincial taxes where it applies. Ontario customers will be charged 13% HST.

Duties & Taxes - International
Customers outside of the continental U.S. and Canada are responsible for all import duties and taxes levied by their respective countries. Please contact Bev directly for payment and shipping.

Our online store is set up with the secure Paypal system.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for exchange, refund or store credit (minus original shipping and handling charges), as long as goods are in original, unused condition and are accompanied by the receipt. Email us at bevhisey.hahaha@sympatico.ca with the reason for your return, and we will send you a return authorization number (RA#), which must be written on your box. Items must be shipped in original packaging and be insured for the full value of the item. Package should be shipped with freight 'pre-paid'. COD shipments will not be accepted. Package must be traceable and requires a signature upon delivery (e.g. Fedex, UPS, registered mail).

We cannot refund original shipping and handling charges, so additional shipping charges will apply in the event of an exchange. We cannot accept returns for items purchased at other locations other than this site, for example those purchased at a retail store. If a return is requested after 14 days of purchase, a store credit will be issued for the value of the item, minus the shipping and handling charges.
We do not accept returns on sale items.
Color accuracy
We have done our best to ensure that what is viewed on-screen is an accurate representation of the product, however, there may be slight differences in color due to variations in monitors, printers and software.
Privacy policy
We do not share or sell your personal information to third parties, nor do we use it to alert you to new products or events.
